About Us

Michael and Karen have been rescuing, remodeling, and reselling homes in Ocean Shores since 2018. Whether it’s a 1960s bungalow with orange shag carpeting or a fixer-upper straight out of a mystery novel, they’ve seen it all—and made it beautiful. Their mantra? Attention to detail, unwavering quality, and a steadfast belief that if you’re going to do something, you might as well do it RIGHT! Squeaky doors, drafty windows,  squishy stairs—nothing escapes their radar. If a house has “personality quirks” (or, as some call them, ghosts), Michael and Karen will either fix them or give them a snazzy name and a backstory.

After years of breathing new life into forgotten homes, they realized their talents shouldn’t be kept to themselves. That’s when they decided to start helping others with their own homes—tackling everything from minor repairs (like a rebellious doorknob) to complete home remodels (think “Extreme Makeover: Ocean Shores Edition”). Their tool belts are always  ready, and their focus is squarely on you, the Homeowner. They believe every project deserves the same dedication, whether it’s hanging a picture straight or giving an entire house a much-needed facelift. At the end of the day, everything is figureoutable and your happiness is the finishing touch they’re most proud of—just don’t be surprised if your home leaves you with a big smile and maybe a funny story to tell.
